Following the quote by Rand Fishkin, I have always been passionate about building meaningful relationships. As an International Marketing, Business Development, LinkedIn Sales Enablement Manager, and awarded Sports Sponsorship Executive, I strongly believe in empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence as foundations of our purpose.
I’ve had the rewarding privilege of working with inspiring diverse teams within competitive, fast-paced, evolving environments throughout my career:
1993-2010: Starting my career as an entrepreneur in marketing and communications consulting, I had the encouraging experience of building relationships that allowed me to value the power of networking. I have several years of professional Sports Sponsorships, managing memorable soccer venues such as the FIFA World Cup 2006, UEFA EURO 2008 & UEFA Champions League.
2011 – 06/2020: As Mary Lou Retton said, ‚A trophy carries dust; memories last forever.‘ I switched into an appealing Marketing Management role at UniCredit. My responsibilities comprised customer-centric strategies for Corporate and UHNWI Wealth Management that delivered results-based value and amplified growth for our clients and stakeholders. In 2016, I was enriched by a bank-wide LinkedIn Sales Enablement and Employer Branding lead, ensuring an exceptional connected customer experience and company growth.
07/2020—cont.: After years in enriching industries, I transitioned to Higher Education at Munich Business School and the University of St.Gallen, where I focus on facilitating executives with the latest Sales Enablement, LinkedIn Growth Management, and value-based Inbound and Account-based Marketing strategies.
As a lifelong learning enthusiast, I am always excited to gain and share new expertise with every lecture, making others‘ lives more productive and engaging.
